Responsibilities and Duties :

This is a client-facing role and the main responsibilities include :

  • Interacting with clients via various platforms like email, social media, chat and face to face.
  • Helping prospective customers better understand our products.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of orders via tracking and handling queries around the same.
  • Tracking and reporting delayed shipment with reasons


Key Requirements

  •  The applicant must have a good command on spoken as well as written English
  •  Being a client facing role, the applicant must have immaculate communication skills
  • Needs basic knowledge in MS office.
  • Knowledge of writing emails and call handling
  • Prior work experience is not a requirement

Location : Gurgaon, Haryana

We are setting up a fresh new production plant and are looking for someone to head the setup. Being a fairly small company, the challenges will be immense. S/He will be responsible for planning, manufacturing, sourcing, recruitment and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Setting up the Production Unit from Scratch.
  • Hiring staff and contractual staff from time to time.
  • Forecasting requirements and planning the production cycle.
  • Responsible for daily production.
  • Looking at ways to improve production
  • Establishing vendor relationships for raw materials.
  • Achieve maximum production at least cost.


  • Minimum 5-6 years of production experience preferably in Leather goods.
  • In depth technical knowledge of the leather industry.
