  • community engagement : build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by elevating physical and online interactions with customers.
  • contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
  • clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders


  • minimum 3 years experience in customer service
  • strong communication skills.
  • experience in team leading is preferred but not mandatory
