Places to visit if you are riding to India Bike Week 2019
With the India Bike Week roaring back into the biker calendar this year after a brief hiatus, here are some places we think you should visit if you are riding to Goa for the event.
Panjim

It wouldn't take you long to get a taste of why it is almost always the first picture to come one’s to mind when talking about Goa. The cobblestoned streets lined with colorful Villas and Buildings from the Portuguese Colonial era make Panjim a slice of Portugal in India.
Gokarna
Distance from IBW – Approx 172 km

This sleepy town in Karnataka is the perfect place to flock to if you find Goa too crowded. The laid-back, unspoiled and rustic nature mixed with some fantastic beaches should make it a worthwhile detour on your way back home.
Butterfly Island

Its name is derived from the fact that it looks exactly like a Butterfly about to take off. Nomenclature aside, the semi-circular island is a fantastic place to visit because of its natural beauty. The pristine waters around the island and the peace and tranquility it offers should make this an attractive proposition.
Sao Jacinto Island
Distance from IBW - Approx 38 km
Named after the St. Jacinto Church, this wonder of nature is a small island that is ideal to get away from the fast pace of mainstream Goa. It is pretty near Vasco de Gama but is isolated from it's hustle and bustle. It has a picturesque surrounding and is easily accessible both by road and ferry.

Palolem
Distance from IBW - Approx 85 km
A long curve of palm-fringed sand awaits those visiting this breathtaking beach often labelled as Goa's finest. There is a charm and character here that can best be found in ramshackle beach huts serving tasty local grub.
