we’re looking for a moto-head who loves talking about motorcycles to lead a young team that delivers the ultimate customer experience. the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the field and must posses strong interactive skills and display leadership qualities.
key responsibilities :
- customer happiness captain : serve as the lead point to provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- leading the squad : guide and mentor a young squad of customer experience team, fostering a vibe of excellence and teamwork.
- community engagement : build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by elevating physical and online interactions with customers.
- contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
- clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
qualifications:
- minimum 3 years experience in customer service
- strong communication skills.
- experience in team leading is preferred but not mandatory
- love for 2 wheels is a cherry on the cake
the role is based out of gurgaon.
