I am very pleased with this bag. It is top notch as are all TripMachine products. I live in the States and as far as customer service, let me say that it is as good as TM's products are. I had an issue (not quality related) and TripMachine more than made it right. So first rate quality, outstanding value, a stand up company, sharp and functional gear, plus speedy delivery. Five stars because that's as many as I can give--trust me guys they are a ten star outfit. Thank you TripMachine.

Hello Tripmachine, Having ordered from you guys in the past, regarding the quality of products I am not disappointed. The saddle bag, straps, mounts are of really good quality. However the mounting and dismounting is an absolute irritating process. Mounting is comparatively easy I would say, on the stock interceptor seats it is thinner at the front and as it goes to the rear it gets broader. Given the distance between the two mount points the first mount is fairly loose. Also dismounting is a pain with some decent weight luggage. Should have thought about loops and hooks for a simpler mounting solution. The straps should have more holes to accommodate seats or various sizes and widths.

Thanks for the new Outlaw bag, shipped very quickly to the UK. The bag is good quality and will last for years hopefully. Very useful cover for both the bag and exposed straps which is a nice touch. Now for the not so good point. My T120 has the Bench seat from Triumph, a very common accessory seat, and copied thought the custom brat/cafe scene. Unfortunately the rear strap is far too long as the rear of the seat is narrower than the front. I'm sure this strap fits perfectly to a standard comfort seat but in my case rather than send back I re-stitched the rear strap making it much shorter. Still looks good now, but perhaps a shorter strap could be produced? I have ordered a Tool Roll which I hope will not have any issues.
