I don't need to write much about the quality of TripMachine products since they have already established themselves on that front and set the bar very high. So no doubt the quality of the product is very good both in terms of strength and finesse. I also really appreciate the gesture of sending a letter in the package, explaining the delay along with a TM key chain. This is a must-buy for folks looking for premium quality saddlebags for the Royal Enfield Interceptor or Continental GT 650, since these are the only ones that accommodate the upswept exhausts of the RE twins. I bought this for my RE Continental GT650 and not only is the bag at a safe distance from the super-hot stock exhausts but also look pretty cool on the White Ice Queen model. The 2 things that were a tad bit disappointing were: 1) The color of the product - which I understand may be different marginally from what is shared on the website, since this is a natural product and thus may vary due to the skin's own natural patterns. The bag I got has these small dull black spots almost throughout the bag that I believe are like I said, naturally occurring but not what I had in mind, however this not a show stopper. 2) The mounting system on the outlaw saddlebag is not what I had expected, more so since it is not called out on the product page explicitly - unlike how it is for the Backpack Pannier which has a "how to mount" video on the product page. I later realized the video is available however not on the product page but on the Hybrid Saddlebags page, which is not very intuitive and like me others would miss it too. The Outlaw Saddlebag has 2 adjustable straps that one needs to unloop and secure the bag with, coupled with a dog hook which for sure makes the mounting very secure and sturdy since the bag is mounted on 4 points, however, makes it quite a process especially if one intends to unmount the bag like me, every time they park the bike outside or even at home and makes it furthermore awkward if the bag has stuff inside it, to unsecure and then secure the adjustable straps every time one mounts or unmounts the bag. In the absence of a "how to" video, I assumed the mechanism to be the same and as straightforward (dog hooks only) as it was demonstrated for the Backpack Pannier. This one is a bummer but I am not complaining (I might be...just a little bit though), since the more secure mounting I think will increase the durability of the bag. TM however, should provide mounting video on the product page so that customers can take an informed decision.

From start to finish my Trip Machine experience has been flawless. The communication from the date of purchase, shipping (to Australia) info and delivery were all excellent. The bags themselves seem of a very high standard, good solid quality leather and workmanship. Easy fitting on my Bonneville T120 using the supplied straps, although I have played around with mounting points so the straps don't go over the passenger seat (not comfortable for a pillion). My only concern is how the hanging points will hold up through daily use under weight, but only time will tell on that. Thanks again to all at Trip Machine, you have made me a loyal customer.

The product is really good and unique.. The price range is also very competitive. It comes with 1 section inside with good space and 2 side pockets to fit water bottles and other stuff. Even the slings are made out of genuine leather and the holders are made out of high quality brass..It also comes with a cover to save the bag from rain & dirt..Thank you trip machine for delivering such a wonderful leather product.. truly worth for that price

Other than delay in delivery, saddle lookes perfect for RE Classic. Bag is very expandable and has enough space in it. Worth for money. Single side saddle is rare to find and this one has everything. Gives a war motorcycle look. Pure lether frangnence speak quality of saddel

I just got mine today The quality looks great i havent installed it yet but im excited to do so The delivery took longer than i expected but they did write an apologize letter and sent me a little extra (keychain) in return for it so that makes up for it in my mind
